We are based in Berkeley Heights  and serve the New Jersey and Metropolitan New York City areas. While Coach Jason has moved his coaching expertise to Chapel Hill, NC.

Regular Training Programs
All of our programs have an initial setup fee that comprises an initial 60min interview / kick-off meeting to setup the athlete’s profile and racing objectives. We perform an initial fitness test to set threshold and heart rate zones and determine the level at which to begin initial training.
Following that, the different tiers are basically a function of degree of communication with us as coaches. Tier I is the most involved.
All of the coaching programs include strength and functional training programs together with race-day execution plans and access to triathlon gear discounts through the USAT coaching program.

For our tiered programs, we recommend an individual fitness test / assessment session to set heart rate zones, check eqpt. etc. – $85

TIER I: $300 /month, $75 setup fee
Completely individualized and periodized weekly training plan, built specifically for the athlete emailed weekly.
Weekly 30-minute telephone consultations pre-arranged and scheduled by athlete to track progress and supply information needed to customize following week’s training.
Unlimited emails/texts with priority response.
5% discount if 3 months paid upfront

TIER II: $200 / month, $75 setup fee
Completely individualized and periodized bi-weekly training plan, built specifically for the athlete emailed bi-weekly.
Bi-weekly 30-minute telephone consultations pre-arranged and scheduled by athlete to track progress and supply information needed to customize following bi-weekly training.
Unlimited emails.
5% discount if 3 months paid upfront

TIER III: $120 / month $75 setup fee (Coach Mickey not available/full for 2017)
Completely individualized and periodized monthly training plan, built specifically for the athlete emailed monthly.
1 x 30 minute monthly phone call to determine progress and provide information necessary to update the next month’s plan.
10 monthly emails or texts .
5% discount if 3 months paid upfront

PROGRAM only : Individualized training programs for a specific race distance or combination of races. Option provides just the workouts without coaching. $ upon request

Individual Skills Coaching: One-on-one skills coaching customized to clients’ specific needs in swimming, biking, running, nutrition, strength, transition etc. State-of-the-art video recording and DVD provided for technique specific sessions. $85/hr.

Athlete Questionnaire: Before we work with our clients we like to have a clear understanding of their previous athletic achievements and training history together with their future triathlon and training aspirations. We have a detailed questionnaire that we ask clients to complete that is available here.
